How Long Is A Long Time?
For me to consider a cat as "forgotten" they will have been available for adoption for a minimum of 12 months or more. I wish no cats had to wait half that long but these are the extreme cases that need public awareness.
What Kind Of Public Awareness Are We Talking About?
Each Forgotten Feline will be shared with a personalized video to social media, a blog post and for as many cases as possible a personal visit to the shelter or rescue to help share their story with the goal of helping the organization find a potential adopter.

Every organization is different and will direclty handle each adoption applicant. I am not in charge of adoptions for any felines featured and with my daily life I may be working, travelling, temporarily offline, or simply miss seeing a message until it is too late. Each feline posted will have information in their post regarding who the contact organization is.
How Do I Request a Feline To Be Featured?

Requestor/Human Info:
First & Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Mailing Address
Shelter or Rescue Info:
Name of Organization, Primary Contact First & Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Mailing Address & Organization Location
Feline Info:
Name, Breed, Sex, Age, Weight, Color, Coat Pattern
Spayed, Neutered or Unaltered
Ear Tipped or Not Ear Tipped
General Health Status or Concerns
Dewormer and Flea/Tick Status
FIV Status: Positive, Negative or Untested
FeLV Status: Positive, Negative or Untested
FIP Status: Positive, Negative or Ongoing Treatment
Claw Status: Polydactyl, Has all claws, Has front claws, Has rear claws, Has no claws/fully declawed
Vaccine Status: Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia
Tame or Feral
Socialability Level with Cats, Dogs, Kids
Background/Story
All requests will be carefully conisdered, however a request submission does not mean your feline will be selected. Due to the high number of felines in need please don't be discouraged if I am unable to choose your feline friend to feature or if I am currently unable to travel to your location.
